Your Stay at PRAMIAN 1394 at a Glance:

Booking Information and General Terms and Conditions:
Prices are per day and apartment for an occupancy of 2 people. For each additional person, the following amounts are charged:
- Children from 0 to 13 years: 15 Euros
- Persons aged 14 and over: 20 Euros
The indicated prices do not include the local tourist tax Euro 2,10, which is charged per person per day (from 14 years) and collected on site.
To confirm your booking, we kindly request a deposit (depending on the season) of 200 to 300 Euros. The transfer should be made to the following account at Raiffeisenkasse Lana:

Please note that the booking is considered binding only after receipt of the deposit.
The apartments are generally ready for occupancy from 3:00 PM. Earlier check-in is possible upon special request or prior agreement. On the day of departure, we kindly ask our guests to vacate the apartments by 10:00 AM at the latest.
Cancellations:
Canceling a booked holiday is unpleasant for both the guest and the host. Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
For cancellations up to 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, the deposit can be used within one year for a stay at another time.
From 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained.
For cancellations 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 80% of the booking amount.
For cancellations 1 week before arrival, we charge 100%.
In the case of late arrival or early departure, the entire booked period will be charged.
