When everything blooms...

In spring, nature around the estate in Cermes comes to new life. This awakens the desire to follow the traces of the past and at the same time enjoy the beauty of the present. Schloss Lebenberg is considered the landmark of the town and is just a few minutes' walk from PRAMIAN 1394. The medieval manor Kränzel with its enchanting labyrinth garden is also worth a visit. And not to forget, the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle near Merano, which are among the most beautiful garden landscapes in the world. Combined with a visit to the spa town on the Passer, with its charming alleys and numerous shops.

When nature enchants...

Cermes and its surroundings are an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes and varied bike tours from early summer to late autumn. The Marlinger Waalweg passes above PRAMIAN 1394 and is part of the Merano Waalrunde. The car-free hiking area of Monte San Vigilio is reachable in a few minutes with a new cable car from Lana. The Texel Group Nature Park with the Merano High Mountain Trail, on the opposite side of the valley, offers views of the Merano region and into the Vinschgau. And the Schwemmalm ski and hiking area in the Ultental valley impresses with many small alpine huts and rustic charm.

In winter, the Merano region shows its many facets. Mild and pleasant temperatures in the valley, romantic snowy landscapes high up in the mountains. For those seeking peace, who love leisurely winter walks, and for the active, who enjoy skiing down the slopes and discovering the sparkling landscapes in a sporty way.
